Depending on the offer, you receive a photo of the round (Essential), a photo of your own sealed note in a crevice of the Wall (Individual Photo), or a video of the placement (Personalized Video). It stays in the Wall, like all the notes slipped into it. The Kotel's notes are removed twice a year by the site authorities and buried with respect according to tradition (geniza).
