On the waitlist: your email address, possibly your first name and the offer you are interested in. When ordering: the data needed for processing (email, first name, order contents, payment data processed directly by Stripe — BaKotel never sees or stores your card number).
The content of your prayer enjoys special protection: it is encrypted upon sending, printed automatically without being displayed to anyone, and deleted from our systems after the placement. It is never used for other purposes, never shared with third parties, never analyzed.
The waitlist email address is used only to notify you of the service opening. Order data is used to perform the service and to send you the follow-up emails and the proof. No advertising without your consent, no resale of data, one-click unsubscribe in every email.
Data is hosted on a managed private server at Hostinger. Waitlist registrations are kept until the service opens, then for a maximum of 12 months. Order data is kept for the legal retention period for commercial and accounting documents. The content of prayers is deleted after the placement.
